Also, looking through the other pics of this fork, the brake mount is different than the 2008 model. And because it was old stock doesn't really mean that it has to be stock from 2008... could be 2007.

It doesn't have the 20mm quick release system. All 2008 36 floats have the QR. The 2007 models also have the red decals on the lowers, the 2008 models do not. This is a 2007.
